When will I receive my access key?

Immediately after payment clears, usually within seconds. Your key appears on the order screen, is emailed to you, and is sent as a Discord DM. It stays available any time in your Norium library under My keys.

What am I buying exactly?

A licence key for private game software, verified by us before it is listed. Each listing states the exact edition and licence length, from daily up to lifetime where the edition offers it.

How do I pay?

Card and Apple/Google Pay via Stripe, or crypto via NOWPayments (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, SOL and many others). You can also top up your Norium wallet in advance and spend that balance at checkout, including alongside another payment method.

Do I need a Discord account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You sign in with Discord, and that link is what grants your product roles and private game channels in our server. Access is granted automatically after purchase and removed automatically when a licence expires.

Where are the setup guides?

Accepted Answer

Every product has an activation guide under Guides. Full instructions and loader links unlock for your account once you own an active licence for that edition, and the direct link is included in your delivery email and Discord DM.

What if my key doesn't work?

Open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID. We replace a faulty or invalid key as soon as we've verified it, and refund if we can't.

What does the status board mean?

Accepted Answer

It shows each product's current state: undetected, on update, or down. Status reflects the present moment, not a guarantee. Products on update can't be used until a fixed build ships.

Can I get a refund?

Unredeemed keys are refundable within 14 days, as are orders where delivery failed or the key was invalid. Once a key has been redeemed or activated it can't be returned, and bans after activation aren't refundable. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 5 to 10 business days.

How do I get support?

All support runs through the ticket panel in our Discord. Open a ticket with your order ID and a member of the team will pick it up. We don't offer support over email or DMs from staff.
