Terms of Service

Norium is an independent reseller of third-party software toolkits and license keys ("Products") intended for use in private testing environments, private servers, offline modes, and other environments authorized by the environment owner. Norium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a partner of any game publisher, platform, or anti-cheat vendor. All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for identification.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your intended use of a Product is lawful and permitted in the environment you use it in. Norium does not authorize, and expressly disclaims responsibility for, use of any Product in violation of a third party's terms of service, platform rules, or applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to buy from Norium. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

One account per customer. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, chargebacks, key resale, or abuse.

Each order delivers a time-limited license key redeemable through the upstream supplier. Norium does not develop the software, does not host it, and does not control its features, availability, compatibility, or status at any point in time. Your license is subject to the supplier's terms of use in addition to these terms. Time on a key runs from activation (or, for some suppliers, from key generation) — Norium cannot pause, extend, or reissue time consumed against a supplier license.

Keys are delivered instantly on payment confirmation and remain accessible from your Norium library. If delivery fails, contact support with your order ID.

You agree not to:

• Resell, share, distribute, publish, stream, or leak any delivered key, license file, or loader binary.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with any Product or its distribution.
• Use any Product in an environment where doing so violates applicable law, a binding contract, or the rules of the environment operator.
• Use Norium to target minors, sanctioned competitive-integrity events, or platforms where the Product is expressly prohibited by contract.
• Charge back a paid, delivered order without first contacting support in good faith.

Our Refund policy is part of these terms. In short: unredeemed keys are refundable within 14 days; redeemed or activated keys are not.

Anti-cheat is an arms race. A Product may go on update, become temporarily undetected, be flagged, or be retired at any time. Norium's status feed reflects current supplier state. Purchases made during an active status window are not eligible for refund based on subsequent detection changes.

You expressly acknowledge that Products in this category carry inherent risk. Third parties may, at any time and without notice, ban accounts, reset progress, revoke licenses, block hardware identifiers, or otherwise sanction the environment in which a Product is used. You alone bear that risk. Norium does not provide, and cannot provide, any guarantee against detection, ban, or account action of any kind, and no statement on this site (including status pages, marketing, or support replies) creates one.

Products are provided "as is" and "as available." Norium disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Prior status ("undetected", "safe", etc.) is a snapshot at a moment in time and is not a warranty of future behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to account bans, license revocations, loss of in-game progress, loss of virtual items, hardware ID bans, driver instability, data loss, or any downstream consequence of using a Product. Our total liability for any single claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order at issue.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where reasonable, by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
