A dedicated channel for platform abuse, leaked keys, impersonation, and takedown notices. General support requests should go through the ticket system.
Reporting abuse
If you've spotted a leaked key, a site impersonating Norium, a Discord account claiming to be staff, or any other platform abuse, please write to abuse@norium.co.
Include as much detail as you can: URLs, screenshots, usernames, and the approximate time you observed the issue. We triage every report and do not disclose reporter identity to the subject.
Takedown requests
Rights holders and their authorized agents may submit a takedown notice by email to abuse@norium.co. Include the material you believe is infringing, the URL where it appears, contact details, and a statement of authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
We respond to well-formed notices within a reasonable time and, where appropriate, remove or restrict the identified material.
Not for
- Order support, missing keys, or refund requests — use the support ticket system so we can verify your order.
- Feature requests or product questions — please open a ticket or ask in Discord.
Security disclosure
Found a vulnerability in Norium's site or infrastructure? Report it privately to the same address. We won't pursue action against good-faith researchers who follow standard coordinated disclosure practice: no data exfiltration, no service disruption, and a reasonable window for us to remediate before public disclosure.
