Refund Policy
Digital keys are refundable only while unredeemed. Once a key has been activated with the supplier, we can no longer return it.

Eligible for a refund
- The order failed to deliver a working key within 24 hours of payment.
- The key you received is invalid, already redeemed, or rejected by the supplier's activation system.
- The Product went offline (frozen or permanently detected) before you had any chance to activate the key, and the outage is confirmed on our status page.
- Unredeemed keys requested within 14 days of purchase.
Not eligible for a refund
- The key has been activated, loaded, or bound to a device.
- The Product went on update, was detected, or was retired after activation. Detection is inherent to this category — a good run is not guaranteed and prior status is not a warranty.
- Your account was banned by the game publisher, anti-cheat vendor, or platform.
- You changed your mind or bought the wrong edition after redeeming the key.
- You did not read or follow the supplier's installation and safety instructions.
- Hardware, driver, or configuration issues specific to your PC.
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket and include your order ID, the Product name, and a short description of the problem. If the issue is a bad key, we usually replace it in-line rather than refund — replacements are instant when stock is available.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. In some cases we may offer store credit at your option.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks on delivered, activated orders result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining credit or active keys.
